Play Libraries/EWQL Orchestra Library/Gold Instruments, Gold Samples, Silver Samplesįor some reason, the installer put the "Gold Samples" and the "Silver Samples" folders on the external drive outside of any parent folder. So the directory structure looks like this: Basically you need to have these three folders: Gold Instruments, Gold Samples & Silver Samples, inside THIS FOLDER on your external drive: Here's how I have my directory structured and it now works perfectly. For some reason, the Play installer did not put things in the right place during the install. The problem you're referring is a simple directory structure issue. In fact, the installation was a nightmare, but I can tell you that the product is great and you will be happy when it's all working. However, if you have the EWQLSO Library folder, you will always be able to get it working in a current copy of Kontakt, by going to the Libraries tab, use Add Library, then point it to the EWQLSO Library, then Kontakt will let you authorize it, and you'll be good to go. I had the same exact issue two weeks ago when I installed EWQLSO Gold.
